Description

The second session will discuss the challenges faced by Canadian companies as they sought to ramp up or pivot their production to meet domestic need, and lessons learned from enabling government functions. It will give participants an opportunity to discover and review a broad range of tools, systems, and approaches designed to facilitate supply chain management.

Discussion will cover issues such as supply chain disruptions, scalability, sustainability, and interoperability between systems and sectors, with references to real-life examples and experiences of firms.
