Innovation ecosystems and processes, whether commercial, technological, or social, have well-established approaches to ideating, designing, prototyping, and scaling.  But these are all solutions-oriented and action-oriented.  How do we ensure that we understand the problems we are trying to solve in the first place? How could the innovation process benefit from systems thinking?
