Anyone who is interested in the latest tech innovations is invited to attend ARIA! We’ve outlined below some of the primary attendee groups that we see at ARIA year-over-year, and some of the reasons why they attend.

As a senior undergraduate student, you might be thinking about your next steps, be this graduate school, or the world of work. Whichever it is, ARIA provides the opportunity to learn about both. At this event, you can network with representatives from a broad range of sectors in industry, witness the latest technologies being developed, and see how what you’ve learned in school can be applied in the real world.  You will also have the chance to speak to students, faculty members, department representatives and graduate program alumni about your options in graduate school after finishing your bachelor’s degree.

If you're a graduate student, curious about the applied research that's currently being done in academia, and industry, you will be able to see it at ARIA.  You will also have an opportunity to network and connect with our industry partners, many of whom will be looking to hire graduates with cutting-edge knowledge in the latest research.

Faculty members are among the top thinkers and innovators in the world, and we would be honored to have you attend ARIA. At ARIA, you can share your thoughts on cutting edge research, open doors to collaboration opportunities with leaders in industry, or be inspired by the latest industry trends.

Whether it be showcasing your innovations on the showcase floor, or simply attending the event, you have the opportunity to raise your company profile and attract new competitive-edge-giving talent to your company.  Amongst the attendees will be soon-to-graduate MScAC students, the new cohort of MScAC students, as well as graduate students in our research programs (MSc and PhD), along with senior-level undergraduate students. All of whom you can impress with your company's innovative technology and opportunities.  Additionally, ARIA is a great place to network with other members of the tech community and to witness the latest innovative developments across a range of industry sectors.

As one of the most innovative cities in the world, Toronto has a tech sector that is currently outpacing a number of other North American hubs. The ARIA event, located in Toronto, brings together some of the world’s most innovative companies located in North America, with some of the most talented STEM graduates and faculty in the country, to demonstrate and celebrate how advances in technology are reshaping industries all over the world.

We are always happy to see our alumni, and your success continues to be important to us, beyond your studies.  This is an opportunity for you see and be inspired by the applied research currently being done in the academia and industry, and to bring ideas back to your workplace.  This is also a chance for you to recruit brilliant minds for your current employer or your own team.  Most importantly, you can network with other generations of alumni and celebrate the success of the MScAC program together.
