Tara’s backgrounds spans 15 years in Human Resources in public, private and post secondary sectors. Tara has established herself as a key voice in advancing normalizing neurodiversity in workplaces on LinkedIn as well as a keynote speaker. You can find her wearing her “Normalize minds of all kinds” sweater delivering several key notes including DisruptHR where she sent a strong call to action that workplaces need to stop swiping left on neurodiverse talent now. She has trail blazed the topic advancing neurodiversity and is the proud creator of the: Neurodiversity in the Workplace training program for leaders, HR professionals, and teams with Athabasca University. She is also a proud supporter of The Sinneave Family Foundation She has lived experience as an employee with ADHD. Has coached leaders on how to lead differently and is a futurist that believes Neurodiversity is not a weakness but can be a competitive advantage.
