She holds a bachelor’s degree in Community Rehabilitation & Disability Studies and a Master of Management from the University of Calgary. With nearly a decade of experience working in non-profit organizations across diverse industries ranging from health, environmental, and tech sectors, Emma brings a strong interdisciplinary perspective to her work. Emma leads the NEUROinclusive Workforce Solutions service, supporting Canadian employers in creating neuroinclusive workplaces through practical and actionable strategies.
