Ling Huang is the founder and CEO of Technology North Corporation, an award-winning IT and social innovation company. With over 30 years of experience in the security and ICT industries, Ling has worked with clients across the oil and gas, healthcare, and public sectors, including the Government of Alberta. Inspired by his autistic son, Ling has devoted his career to integrating technology, business innovation, and inclusive employment into a unified model for social impact. Under his leadership, Technology North developed RoboCoach, an assistive technology platform, and launched Technology North Digital Services, a national model for employing autistic adults in digital-economy work such as document digitization and police body-worn camera redaction. His work has been featured by CBC, CTV, and Toronto Star, and he is a recipient of the EY Entrepreneur of the Year (2022), ASTech, and CMC-Alberta Distinguished Service awards.
