Marie-Claude is a dedicated, compassionate, and passionate manager with a focus on Justice, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Accessibility (JEDIA), Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), and sustainable development. She has been the CEO of Autisme sans limites - Autism Without limits for the past year. A manager for over 25 years , Marie-Claude spent over 10 years at the City of Montreal, including 4 years as the borough director in Outremont. She has served on multiple non-profit boards.
Recently, she completed her EMBA at McGill University & HEC Montréal and wrote her thesis on the inclusion of autistic individuals in the workplace. Her life's mission: To create a better, more inclusive and sustainable world.
