Ian Humphreys serves as the Employment Advisor at the Sinneave Family Foundation, drawing on his unique perspective as a neurodivergent self-advocate to offer a distinctive approach to his role. He is currently leading the development of the National EmploymentWorks program delivery, encompassing both in-person and online components, as well as NEUROinclusive Workforce Solutions, with a dedicated focus on fostering positive outcomes that support success for both businesses and job seekers. Beyond his professional commitments, Ian is also an active member of the City of Calgary Accessibility Advisory Committee.
