A systems practitioner and complexity enthusiast, Huzaifa works to strengthen the conditions for social innovation by building capacity, fostering collaboration, and applying systems thinking. Her work supports both non-profit/voluntary and public sector organizations in navigating complexity, adapting to change, and creating meaningful impact.
She serves as Lab Steward for the Community Development Unit’s Community Complexity Lab and is a Convener of the Government of Alberta’s Systemic Design Community of Practice.
