Christine Spottiswood is the Network Director of Flourish Alberta, where she leads efforts to facilitate collaboration among organizations and enhance the overall capacity for collective social impact across the Alberta. A leader in community-driven governance, Christine has been instrumental in shaping Flourish Alberta’s innovative governance structure—one designed to foster inclusive decision-making, draw lessons from the limitations of traditional models, and build on the foundational principles of trust and meaningful relationships. Her work is rooted in the belief that transformative collaboration requires intentional design and being in relationship with each other.
