Naomi’s approach to working in systems has been informed by her background in environmental science, international and community development, social innovation, and more recently her experience within the Government of Alberta, where she specializes in facilitation and stakeholder engagement. On any given day, you might find her supporting a government-wide systemic design community of practice, facilitating sessions to help participants with diverse roles and experiences share their perspectives and co-create change, playing with her two young children, volunteering in her community, or taking a hike with friends.
