Hi there! I’m Hallie, a 3rd year Policy Studies Student at Mount Royal University minoring in Social Innovation and I have a desire to integrate social innovation and systems thinking into public policy. I’m going into my 2nd term as President of the Policy Studies Student Society for the 2024-25 academic year. I participated in this year’s Map the System competition researching and understanding the complexity behind facilitating and engaging in civil discourse in light of uncomfortable and polarizing issues. I’m honoured to be a speaker for this year’s Banff Summit and am eager to learn and collaborate with you and our community. When I’m not at school, I am either teaching dance to kiddos age 2-17, swinging in a hammock in a park, or going for food with my loved ones.
