Isabel Sousa is a Sociology Professor in the Faculty of Liberal Arts and Science at Humber College in Toronto, Canada. For the last four years Isabel has worked alongside colleagues to coordinate and integrate the Map the System (MTS) competition at Humber including collaborating with Global Polytechnic Alliance partners on system thinking initiatives to support global student teams. Prior to Humber, Isabel worked as a researcher at the Institute for Work and Health where she worked on projects at the intersection of public health, employment conditions and social determinants of health. Isabel completed an MA and doctoral research at York University.
